2BEA series water ring vacuum pump and compressor are high-efficiency and energy-saving products developed by our factory based on years of scientific research achievements and production experience, combined with advanced technology of international similar products. It is commonly used to pump gases that are free of solid particles, insoluble in water, and non-corrosive to create vacuum and pressure in a closed vessel. By changing the resulting material, it can also be used to pump corrosive gases or to use corrosive liquids as working fluids. We have optimized the system for key parts such as distribution plate, impeller and pump shaft, simplifying the structure, improving performance and achieving energy saving. We use welding impeller, the blade is stamped and formed once, and the profile is reasonable; The problem of dynamic balance has been solved fundamentally. The impeller and the pump shaft adopt hot-filled interference fit, which has reliable performance and stable operation. After the impeller is welded, the overall heat treatment is good, and the blade has good toughness, which makes the blade's impact resistance and bending resistance fundamentally guaranteed, and can adapt to the harsh working conditions of load shock fluctuation.
